Message from the Director
 Welcome to the Organizational and Human Resource Development (OHRD) program at Abilene Christian University. This 36-hour Master of Science degree program is an interdisciplinary program in organizational leadership and human resources.
The OHRD program incorporates the following disciplines: communication, psychology, business and management sciences, and conflict resolution courses - making it one of the most integrated graduate programs in the United States.
The OHRD degree provides a competitive advantage for candidates in various top-level careers. Critical thinking and strategic planning courses provide credible tools for the new 21st century decision maker.
