Welcome to the Master of Science in Organizational & Human Resource Development (OHRD) Online Program
at Abilene Christian University
The Organizational and Human Resource Development Program is designed for students who are interested in becoming decision makers skilled in critical thinking, strategic planning, and conflict resolution, and who want to gain an appreciation for diversity. OHRD courses examine conflict resolution and theory, mediation, organizational behavior, intercultural communication, human resources, teams and team leadership, social change, and persuasion.
